Open framework specifications

Every framework referenced across this site is deposited on Zenodo with a persistent DOI and published under CC BY 4.0. This page is the citable index: each entry carries the title exactly as deposited, the deposit date, and the citation string to copy.

Citation standard

How to cite this work

Each entry below gives the citation in one fixed form: author, year, the deposited title, the repository, and the DOI link. Copy the string as printed rather than retyping the title, because the title carries the trademark marks and the full subtitle that identify the specific deposit.

The titles on this page are reproduced verbatim from the Zenodo record for each DOI. Where a framework is known on this site by a shorter working name, that short name is shown as the heading and the deposited title appears underneath it, so the two are never confused with one another.

Every deposit is registered against a single ORCID identifier, 0009-0007-7906-5091, so the works resolve to one researcher rather than to several similar names. Citation managers that import from the DOI will pick this up automatically.

Applying any of these frameworks in commercial work, client engagements or internal architecture is free and requires no permission. Attribution under CC BY 4.0 means naming the framework and its author and linking either to its specification page or to its DOI.

The record

The deposits, in order of publication

Ordered by deposit date rather than by importance, which also happens to be a sensible reading order: each framework builds on the vocabulary of the ones before it. Some have a full specification site on this domain; the rest are published as the deposit alone, and the DOI is the primary reference for those.

  6. PIOC Chain Alignment Architecture™

PIOC Chain Alignment Architecture: Connecting Persona, O-C-P-R-A Intent Stages, Offer Packaging, and CTA Choreography
